The Swiss Ball has been used from the early 1900’s however it’s use for rehabilitation purposes was only discovered in the 1980’s and it has only been since the 1990’s that it’s potential as a fun & effective form of exercise has been maximised. A Swiss/Fitball is the most effective tool available to increase strength, balance and flexibility at core level.
